DAMAGED ITEMS

-If you notice any issues with your order upon its arrival, please email us to:
info@torontonailsupplykingston.com  and include clear pictures of your FULL SHIPMENT as well as a brief description of damaged/defective items within 24 hours. In response there will be an email with authorization for credit. This email is REQUIRED to obtain credit note or refund

-Electric products that have technical/ defective problem may be returned for credit or exchange within 15 days of receipt of purchase.  Please notify us by sending an email to info@torontonailsupplykingston.com for authorization. 

-No returns on Furniture, Exchanges are acceptable only on manufacturer defects.
